I'm Dr. Royda Crose, a licensed psychologist and hypnotherapist. I have a part-time practice in Columbia, Missouri, where I see clients in my home office.

For those who live too far away or who are not able to come to my office, I also offer counseling services over the telephone and/or over the internet. For those who prefer a “Self-help” format, I have produced some recorded materials for relaxation, hypnosis, and imagery.
