LifeCycles is a simple web-based emotional awareness and mood tracking product for personal use. It is designed to help you record daily check-ins and notice patterns over time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LifeCycles. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may need to create an account to use LifeCycles. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes not using LifeCycles to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Interfere with the platform, its security, or its availability.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise abuse the service in a harmful way.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to LifeCycles, including mood check-ins and optional notes.

By submitting content, you give LifeCycles the limited rights needed to host, store, process, and display that content as part of the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information in connection with LifeCycles. By using the service, you also acknowledge that policy.

LifeCycles is provided for personal informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or emergency support.

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified professional.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of LifeCycles over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will always remain exactly as it is today.

You may stop using LifeCycles at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there has been abuse, a security issue, a violation of these Terms, or a legal reason requiring us to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, LifeCycles is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeCycles SpA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to LifeCycles will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service, if any, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be brought before the courts of Chile, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of LifeCycles after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
